Where do you deliver?

We delivery throughout the UK and Northern Ireland. If you need your order delivered elsewhere, please give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.

How much is delivery?

Shipping is a flat rate of £30.

How long does delivery take?

Orders usually take between 3-5 business days to reach you.

January 2022:

We are now open as usual and are processing orders received over the festive period. We would like to reassure you that even though there may be delays, we will do everything we can to get your order processed and delivered as soon as possible. 

Christmas 2021 Delivery information:
• Last available dispatch for orders – Monday the 20th December 2021
• First dispatch of orders for the New Year – Wednesday 5th January 2022

Can I arrange a specific delivery date?

Provided the date you would like to specify is not within 5 working days of placing your order, yes, you can specify which day your order should be delivered. Please add your preferred delivery date to the ‘order notes’ section during the checkout process.

Can I collect an order myself from your warehouse?

Yes, you can collect your order from us however you must call us beforehand on 0800 699 0053 to arrange a specific collection time.

Whilst working to current Government guidelines, and for the safety of our staff and customers, we cannot allow anyone into our warehouse unless you have called ahead. Also, please note that depending on staffing levels some days might be unavailable for collection.

Can I book tradespeople as soon as I place my order?

Please do not book any tradespeople until after you have received your goods and are happy that they are all present and correct.

Please allow extra time for any items to be exchanged or replaced should they be either incorrect or damaged. AllMats will not be liable for any costs incurred for booked or cancelled tradesman resulting in damaged or incorrect items received.

Any missing or damaged items must be reported in writing within 48 hours.

How do I return my items?

You can return your items within the first 14 day after receiving your order. Please email us on to let us know what you would like to return.

My order has arrived, but some of it has damages...

We’re sorry you have received damaged items. Please email us on with photographs of the damaged items. Remember to include your order number and if you know them, the part numbers for the damaged items. We can then arrange for replacements to come out to you.
